Vice-chairperson of the Can Tho City People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep has suggested developing the famous Cai Rang Floating Market in Vietnam’s Mekong Dela region for day-and-night operations, instead of limiting its activities to the morning as it has long been the case.
