The Enforcement Directorate has filed a charge sheet in Dimapur against individuals and firms in connection with the alleged misappropriation of public funds and substandard construction of the new Gauhati High Court complex in Kohima. The investigation revealed inflated costs for construction work, leading to an excess payment of approximately Rs 1.09 crore to contractors and PWD officials.
