New York Post Woman struck by hit-and-run driver, dragged for a block in disturbing caught-on-video NYC scene
The woman – believed to be in her 30s – was crossing the street at the intersection of Watkins Street and Pitkin Avenue when she was struck around 6:50 a.m. by a black Ford SUV, police and sources said.
