MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 was raised over seven areas in Luzon and Visayas as tropical storm Ada further intensified while moving over the Philippine Sea east of the Bicol Region, the state weather bureau said on Saturday.
