TUGUEGARAO CITY — Four houses were gutted by fire along Campos Street in Barangay Caritan Sur here late Friday night, firefighters said on Saturday. The blaze broke out shortly before 11 p.m. in a house made of light materials, allegedly due to an unattended mobile phone charger that exploded, according to initial reports. The fire quickly spread and destroyed three other nearby houses.
