DOH: 73% of measles-rubella cases unvaccinated

MANILA – The Department of Health (DOH) will launch a measles-rubella supplemental immunization activity (MRSIA) in Mindanao starting Monday, following a surge in cases, with data showing that 73 percent of those infected were unvaccinated.
