Former Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo has opened up about her struggle with depression and anxiety, urging her followers to “stop bullying.”  Mateo took to her Facebook page on Friday, Jan. 16, to reveal that she was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and anxiety distress last year.  “I had several rounds of medication.
