MANILA, Philippines — Missing sabungeros (cockfighting enthusiasts) case whistleblower Julie “Dondon” Patidongan on Saturday said he believes that businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang is already out of the country.  This is what Patidongan answered when he was asked if Ang is still in the country following the arrest warrant issued against him by the Sta.
