TANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur — The Coast Guard station in Surigao del Norte lifted on Saturday the travel restriction from the province to Cebu and Southern Leyte provinces in the Visayas, and Dinagat Islands in Mindanao. In a sea travel advisory issued at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Ensign Roy Christopher Orillaneda, the station commander, noted that the three destination provinces are no longer covered by a warning from the state weather bureau with respect to Tropical Storm Ada.
