ISTANBUL, Jan 17 (Bernama-Anadolu) -- Turkey has brought back 17 criminals, including 12 wanted on Interpol red notices and five who were sought at the national level, the country's interior minister said on Saturday, Anadolu Ajansi (AA) reported.
