Finland’s foreign and security policy leadership held an unannounced meeting on Saturday to assess Finland’s position in a shifting international environment. President Alexander Stubb and the Cabinet Committee on Foreign and Security Policy (TP-UTVA) convened at the Presidential Palace for what was described as an informal working session.
