PM Narendra Modi attended the 'Bagurumba Dwhou 2026' Bodo cultural festival in Guwahati. During his address he praised the 2020 Bodo Peace Accord for transforming violence-hit Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) into a peaceful, progressing area with youth joining mainstream. PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone for the Rs 6,950 crore Kaziranga Elevated Corridor Project on Sunday.
