The crash occurred near the 21600 block of Tomball Parkway, resulting in Ramirez's death and major injuries to the other driver, who was hospitalized. Quick actions by deputies and wrecker drivers prevented further harm by rescuing the injured driver, with three deputies sustaining minor injuries during the rescue.
