MANILA, Philippines — As it moves away from Catanduanes, Tropical Storm Ada (international name: Nokaen) will bring less rainfall over the Bicol Region on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
