MANILA, Philippines — Two people were reportedly killed after Tropical Storm Ada (international name Nokaen) battered parts of the Bicol Region, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Sunday. In its latest situational report, the NDRRMC said the fatalities were still under validation but confirmed that the victims were killed in a landslide in Matnog, Sorsogon.
