Solon to public: Get facts in flood control probe, don't spread claims

MANILA, Philippines — Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre on Sunday urged the public to rely on facts and evidence, and refrain from repeating baseless claims, in the corruption scandal involving flood control projects.
