LEGAZPI CITY — Some towns in Albay province have allowed displaced residents to go home after the weather conditions improved on Sunday, January 18. Guinobatan town Mayor Ann Gemma Ongjoco allowed thousands of evacuees to go home after floods subsided and debris from lahar flow were cleared in the town’s affected villages.
