Former DPWH secretary Bonoan back in PH

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed the arrival of former Public Works and Highways secretary Manuel Bonoan at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Sunday, January 18, 2026. Bonoan arrived aboard a China Airlines flight CI0701 from Taipei. He was placed in the BI's Lookout Bulletin Order following an order from the Department of Justice to monitor his travels in relation to an ongoing investigation into alleged anomalous flood control projects.
