On Sunday at 3:51 a.m. EST the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from 4 p.m. EST until Tuesday 7 a.m. EST for Osceola, Clare, Mecosta, Montcalm, Ionia, Barry and Kalamazoo counties.
