DA councillor Ondela Kepe is challenging the Nelson Mandela Bay metro council to stipulate exactly how many streetlights have been fixed in the metro since October 1 – the deadline given by the mayor. Up to now, officials have refused to put a number on paper for either Kepe or Daily Maverick.
