MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) to ensure the smooth and orderly implementation of airport rehabilitation projects in Western Visayas.
