MANILA, Philippines—The Sandiganbayan on Monday raffled off the flood control cases filed against former senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. and other individuals. The graft complaint was raffled off to the court's fourth division composed of Associate Justice Michael Frederick Musngi as chairman, and Associate Justices Arthur Malabaguio and Ermin Ernest Louie Miguel. Meanwhile, the malversation through falsification case was raffled off to the third division composed of Associate Justice Karl Miranda as chairman, and Associate Justices Ronald Moreno and Fritz Bryn Anthony Delos Santos. The Office of the Ombudsman filed the complaint against Revilla and former officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office last Jan. 16 over an alleged ghost project in Pandi, Bulacan. Those charged included Brice Hernandez, former assistant district engineer; Jaypee Mendoza; Arjay Domasig; Emelita Juat; Juanito Mendoza and Christina Pineda.
