NEWS UPDATE: The Supreme Court (SC) cited Francis Leo Marcos for indirect contempt for "abusing court processes" when he withdrew his senatorial candidacy in the 2025 elections, days before the SC issued a TRO he asked to stop the Comelec from declaring him a nuisance candidate.
