MANILA, Philippines — The licenses to own and possess firearms (LTOPFs) of four co-accused of gaming tycoon Atong Ang in the “missing sabungeros” case have been revoked, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said. Ang’s own LTOPF was revoked last Wednesday as part of efforts to capture him on the strength of arrest warrants over kidnapping charges linked to the disappearance of cockfighting aficionados, or sabungeros.
