MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday led the inspection of the Sum-Ag Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) in Murcia, Negros Occidental and cited the benefits of what is considered one of the largest water treatment facilities in the Negros Island Region. The P1.5-billion investment was funded through shareholder equity, with participants including Climate Fund Managers and the Development Bank of the Philippines.
