MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Ada (international name: Nokaen) is no longer affecting the country as it moves even farther away from landmass, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Ada has become much smaller, and is not bringing rains to any part of the country.
