Light rains in parts of Luzon due to amihan — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or amihan is forecast to bring light rains in the northern portion of Luzon on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa warned of cloudy skies with light rains brought by the monsoon to the Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley. The northeast monsoon will also cause isolated light rains in the Ilocos Region and Central Luzon, Pagasa added.
