MANILA, Philippines — The Indian government on Tuesday turned over 30 tons of aid for victims of earthquakes, storms and flooding which hounded the country late last year. An Indian Air Force C-17 Globemaster III aircraft delivered the aid to the country a day before the turnover ceremony at Clark Air Base in Pampanga.
