Sarhad Dairy in Ahmedabad, India's first camel milk plant, procured over 4,700 litres of camel milk daily in 2024-25. The dairy paid more than Rs 8.7 crore to over 350 camel farming families. This initiative supports animal husbandry farmers and showcases growth in the dairy sector.
