LUCENA CITY – The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) suspended the trips of small vessels in the northern part of Quezon province on Wednesday morning due to rough sea conditions. In a public advisory, the PCG station in Real town cited the 5 a.m. forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), which reported that strong to gale-force winds associated with the northeast monsoon were prevailing over the area.
