TACLOBAN CITY — A cargo truck overturned on the San Juanico Bridge Friday night, Feb. 20, sending one of its helpers plunging into the sea and temporarily disrupting traffic along the vital Leyte-Samar link. The overturned truck was finally removed from the bridge the following day, restoring the normal flow of vehicles. The accident occurred around 9:30 p.m. while the truck was crossing from the Samar side toward Tacloban City.
