Brian Poe on Thursday visited Cauayan North Central School to witness firsthand the implementation of the Home-Grown School Feeding (HGSF) model, a pilot initiative linking school meals to local farmer cooperatives in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP), the Department of Education (DepEd), and the Cauayan City local government.
