KOTA KINABALU, Feb 22 (Bernama) -- The number of flood victims placed in temporary evacuation centres (PPS) in Sabah, as of 8 pm today, continues to rise to 3,427 people from 1,449 families compared to 3,266 people from 1,401 families at 4 pm earlier today.
