LUCENA CITY — Police reported Monday that no casualties were recorded after a garbage mound collapsed Friday afternoon at a sanitary landfill in Rodriguez, Rizal. The Rizal police said an ocular inspection on Sunday found no fatalities, a finding confirmed by Engr. Domelito Cay, who oversees operations at the Rizal Provincial Sanitary Landfill.
