TAGBILARAN CITY — A Taiwanese tourist couple was robbed by an unidentified man while dining at a beachfront restaurant on Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol, on Sunday night, Feb. 22. In closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage uploaded on Facebook, the suspect—wearing shorts and a black hoodie—was seen positioning himself near the couple and blending in with other tourists.
