COTABATO CITY  – To help prevent crime along the national highway in Maguindanao del Sur, officials of Sultan sa Barongis town have banned the use of facemasks and ski masks (or bonnets) by motorists. Now in effect, the municipal ordinance prohibits motorists from plying major streets and highways using face masks and bonnets (ski masks), said Vice Mayor Prince Al-Jofner Angas Sr., of Sultan sa Barongis.
