Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered a multi-year partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across business functions. Under the deal, TCS will build solutions on the ServiceNow platform using trusted AI and a unified governance model to make workflows more efficient, proactive and insight-driven, as part of its AI-led autonomous business solutions portfolio.
