MANILA, Philippines — Three Pakistani men were arrested at a Parañaque City subdivision for allegedly selling counterfeit medicine, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Monday. The foreigners were tracked to a subdivision in Barangay Sun Valley on Sunday afternoon, the PDEA said in a statement. The agency identified the arrested suspects as “Waseem,” 60; “Mohy,” 54; and “Salman,” 25.
