The US ambassador in Belgium, Bill White, has now also lashed out at Belgian deputy premier Frank Vandenbroucke (Flemish socialist Vooruit). He was responding to an Instagram video in which Vandenbroucke supports Vooruit leader Conner Rousseau in the row with the ambassador. Rousseau earlier drew parallels between Nazi Germany and what is happening in Trump’s America.
