Finnish quantum firm IQM to list in New York at 1.8bn dollars

Finnish quantum computing company IQM will list on the New York Stock Exchange through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company, valuing the business at 1.8 billion dollars. The Espoo-based group will combine with the listed SPAC Real Asset Acquisition Corp. The transaction gives IQM access to US public markets. The deal requires approval from shareholders and regulators before completion. The valuation equals about 1.5 to 1.6 billion euros, according to figures released on Monday.
