Amir Ahmad, 26, was fatally blasted in the chest during a 12:20 a.m. Feb. 13 confrontation with Darlin Sanchez and Wanderlin Mateo, both 18, on Thwaites Place near Barker Avenue in Pelham Parkway, authorities said.
