Gov't to provide 320 bil. won for developing advanced shipbuilding technologies

The government will provide 320 billion won ($221.4 million) this year to support projects aimed at developing cutting-edge shipbuilding technologies as part of efforts to help Korea's shipbuilding industry maintain its global leadership, the industry ministry said Tuesday, This year's budget marks a 23 percent increase from 2025, according to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources.
