SEREMBAN, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- Business premises that have a license to sell one-kilogramme packets of cooking oil in Negeri Sembilan are asked to provide a logbook for manual purchases, especially for senior citizens who do not have the Cooking Oil Price Stabilisation Scheme (eCOSS) application.
