KORONADAL CITY  —  The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) recorded the highest number of children vaccinated against measles and rubella diseases among the six regions in Mindanao. But Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa warned of a possible measles outbreak in Mindanao, as the Department of Health (DOH) failed to reach its herd immunity target on the island.
