Commenting on the Panama government’s takeover of two ports at the Panama Canal operated by Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison Holdings, and the HKSAR government has lodged a protest over the move, Chinese FM spokesperson Mao Ning said at a press conference on Tuesday that China’s
