MANILA, Philippines — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Tuesday commissioned two new vessels in Subic, Zambales, as part of its ongoing modernization program to strengthen maritime security. The offshore patrol vessel BRP Rajah Sulayman (PS-20) and the fast attack interdiction craft BRP Audrey Bañares (PG-910) were formally inducted into service during a ceremony at the Naval Operating Base, the AFP said in a statement.
