Kyrgyzstan plans to fully cover its electricity deficit by 2028. Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev announced at a meeting of the Committee on Industrial Policy, Transport, Fuel and Energy Complex, Architecture and Construction of the Zhogorku Kenesh.
