The DGCA has grounded four aircraft of VSR Ventures following safety lapses uncovered in a special audit after the 28 January Learjet 45 crash in Baramati that killed Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. The regulator has asked VSR Ventures to submit a root cause analysis, while the preliminary investigation report is expected by 28 February.
