Jamaicans and other travellers seeking to visit the United Kingdom will now be issued digital electronic visas (eVisas) instead of physical visas, as the British Government moves toward a more modern, secure, and efficient border system. Additionally, Jamaicans and others who hold dual UK citizenship will now be required to enter the country with a valid British passport. Both changes take effect tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25.
