HAMILTON, Feb 25 (Bernama-Anadolu) -- Canada on Tuesday urged its citizens in western Mexico to remain indoors until their departure as flights gradually resume at Puerto Vallarta International Airport, following days of cartel-related violence, Anadolu Ajansi reported.
